Responsibilities:
- Manage the agent's calendar and emails
- review and approve payroll
- handle some human resource needs
- order office supplies
- help assist with marketing
- process and procedures
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or personal assistant roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
